All content provided, including live sessions, digital downloads, recordings, frameworks, and written materials, is for educational and informational purposes only.

Live sessions are delivered virtually (e.g., via Zoom or similar platform). Access details will be sent to the email address provided at purchase.
Replay access, if included, will be delivered electronically after the live session.
Because digital materials are delivered electronically and are non-returnable, access may not be revoked once provided.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
Payment is processed securely via Stripe or other third-party payment processors. We do not store your payment information.
By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
Refunds are available up to 24 hours prior to a scheduled live event.
Due to the digital nature of replay access and downloadable materials, no refunds will be provided after the live event has occurred.

All materials provided — including slides, recordings, frameworks, written content, and teaching materials — are the intellectual property of Theresa Concepcion.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Theresa Concepcion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in any program, event, or use of any materials.
Your participation is voluntary and at your own discretion.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
